hello! A14 is finally gna have a welfare group! so ppl who have yet had their birthdays past, u're in luck!
what i'm proposing is,
1) if there are more than 2ppl having their birthdays falling on a particular month, the welfare group will buy a whole cake(1kg or bigger) and celebrate these ppl's bdae together.
2) if there are only 2 ppl's birthday on the same month, we will probably buy a cake still but smaller(1/2kg) and celebrate together
3) if there is only 1 person's bdae in the month, we will buy perhaps donuts or some snacks

of cuz that would mean ppl donating to the welfare fund. fret not, it's not gna be alot. there's a confectionary shop near my hse which sells cake for 30bucks (1kg, $1.50per person) and 18bucks(1/2 kg, 80cents per person). see, it's not exp. okay, i think we are probably gna try this for the JUNE babies and see how it goes. money would be from class fund, dun worry. any objections?
